Parallel Way has announced the beta launch of their new product ParallelWay.
ParallelWay aims at solving a few pain points of the product e-commerce companies in India, when it comes to COD. Parallel Way hopes to deliver Flipkart level of Service for all e-commerce companies. They have started with offering Last Mile Delivery + COD + Whitelabel Marketing for a flat fee.
“We took a lean approach while building this product. We did about 20 customer interviews, with problem interviews and then followed up with a solution interview. During each of the process, we came to know a few things which we had not factored when we started. We are still learning and will continue to iterate as we go ahead”, says Rashmi Ranjan.
Software part of actual product development was done in 10 days and the overall work on the project was started from 1st October. Rashmi Ranjan Padhy is looking for feedback and suggestions on the product and features form SLP fellows .
